Bill joined Rice, Sullivan & Co. in 1993. As a Principal, he specializes in providing tax consulting services to individuals and businesses. In addition, Bill provides comprehensive audit and review services to governmental and nonprofit entities. He also has experience providing accounting, management and QuickBooks consulting services to professional service providers, small businesses and construction company owners.
Bill began his public accounting career with Rice, Sullivan & Co. soon after he graduated from college. Over the years as a college student, he worked at Heritage Express Stop. Bill started as a stock clerk and progressed his way to manager. Today he attributes his success to his parents, mentors, faith and strong work ethic.
Over the years, Bill’s previous and current roles have given him the necessary tools to better identify with each of his client’s unique needs. Specifically, he aided a trucking company’s owner in an extensive projected cost analysis for a proposed dedicated contract carrier agreement. In addition, Bill helped a small business owner conduct an internal investigation of employee fraud.
Bill grew up in Belleville and currently resides in Millstadt, Illinois, with his wife, Irene. In his spare time he enjoys playing handball, racquetball, golf and running in 5Ks.
